Group Classes

  • Twist Foundation

    Wondering what Pilates is all about? Returning to Pilates after some time away, or just looking to go back to basics?

    Taught at a gentle pace, Foundations focuses on exploring breathing techniques, reformer settings, and fundamental movement sequences. It is great for pilates beginners, those new to or returning to exercise, and returning students.

  • Twist Form

    Form is Twist's signature beginner-to-intermediate level class focused on building functional strength through low-impact movement.

    Instructors prioritize attention to form, alignment, and flow to address muscle imbalances, improve posture and balance, and increase flexibility. Instructors provide modifications and challenges to tailor the class to your individual goals. 

  • Twist Flex

    Flex is our intermediate-to-advanced level class designed for experienced practitioners looking to refine their form and enhance their mind-muscle connection through a more challenging variety of exercises. Instructors focus on coordination, balance, and strength, as well as creative transitions between moves.

    We recommend taking 20 Form classes before Flex. 

  • TwistRX

    TwistRX is a dynamic, circuit-style bodyweight workout using TRX suspension straps to challenge and strengthen every muscle at just the right resistance level. Our 50-minute classes are intentionally small, allowing our expert instructors to focus on your form while guiding you through energizing TRX circuits.

    Note: This isn’t Pilates... but it’s the perfect complement to it.
