Foundations
(Reformer/Tower Pilates)

Level: Beginner | 50-minutes 

Wondering what the Pilates fuss is about? Returning to Pilates after some time away or just looking to go back to basics? Foundations is the class for you. Taught at a gentle pace, Foundations focuses on exploring breathing techniques, reformer settings, and fundamental movement sequences. Great for Pilates beginners, those new or returning to exercise, and returning students alike.


Form
(Reformer/Tower Pilates)

Level: Beginner/Intermediate | 50-minutes

Form is Twist’s signature class focused on building functional strength through low-impact movement. Instructors prioritize attention to form, alignment, and flow to address muscle imbalances, improve posture and balance, and increase flexibility. Instructors provide modifications and challenges to meet you where you are.


Flex
(Reformer/Tower Pilates)

Level: Intermediate/advanced | 50-minutes

Flex is designed for experienced practitioners looking to refine their form and enhance their mind-muscle connection through a more challenging variety of exercises. Instructors focus on coordination, balance, and strength as well as creative transitions to move seamlessly from one move to the next. We recommend taking 20 Form classes before Flex. 


TwistRx
(TRX) 

Level: All-levels | 50-minutes

Twist’s TRX class is a circuit-style bodyweight workout using the TRX suspension straps to strengthen every muscle in your body at the resistance level that is right for you. We keep our 50-minute TRX classes small to ensure our instructors can help you maintain correct form while challenging you with a mix of TRX circuits.
