Group Classes

Twist's highly trained instructors integrate the original method developed by Joseph Pilates with their own twist to create something truly unique: a true pilates class with a modern approach to functional fitness. Our small-group classes are taught on Balanced Body equipment and may integrate both the reformer and tower apparatus for a full-body workout.

    Twist Foundations

    Wondering what the pilates fuss is about? Returning to pilates after some time away, or just loking to go back to basics? Foundations is the class for you. Taught at a gentle pace, Foundations focuses on exploring breathing technique, reformer settings, and fundametnal movement sequences. Great for pilates beginners, those new or returning to exercise, and returning students alike.

  • Form

    Twist Form

    Form is Twist's signature beginner-to-intermediate level class focused on building functional strength through low-impact movement. Instructors prioritize attention to form, alignment and flow to address muscle imbalances, improve posture and balance, and increase flexibility. Instructors provide modifications and challenges to meet you where you are.

  • Flex

    Twist Flex

    Flex is our intermediate-to-advanced level class designed for experienced practitioners looking to refine their form and enhance their mind-muscle connection through a more challenging variety of exercises. Intstructors focus on coordination, balance and strength as well as creative transitions to move seamlessly from one move to the next. We recomend taking 20 Form classes before Flex.

  • TRX

    TwistRX

    TwistRX is is a circuit-style bodyweight workout using the TRX suspension straps to strenghten every muscle in your body at the resistance level that is right for you. We keep our 50-minute TRX classes small to ensure our instructors can help you maintain correct form while challenging you with a mix of TRX circuits.

    Note: This is not a pilates class... but it makes a great complement if we do say so ourselves.
